CubeFizz Privacy Policy
About this policy
This policy applies to the CubeFizz Android application, package com.dillygengine.cubefizz. It describes the data practices of version 1.0.0. It does not describe the separate browser playtest website or its hosting services.
Information handled by CubeFizz
CubeFizz works offline. It does not request Internet permission or transmit gameplay information to Dilly G Engine.
The app stores your settings, best score, and a checkpoint of your current round in its private storage on your device. These records allow the game to restore your preferences and progress.
The app does not request personal information. This release includes no advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, account registration, or in-app purchases.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Game records remain on your device until replaced during play or deleted. Android cloud backup is disabled for this release.
You can delete these records by clearing CubeFizz’s app storage through Android settings or uninstalling the app. Doing so removes your saved progress and settings. CubeFizz does not provide cloud synchronization or account-based recovery.
Support correspondence
If you email dyl.gosling@gmail.com, your email address and the information you voluntarily provide will be used to respond to your request. This correspondence is handled separately from the offline game.
Support messages are retained as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting the same address. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
Children’s privacy
CubeFizz does not ask players for personal information and does not include advertising or tracking. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support correspondence, contact dyl.gosling@gmail.com to request its review and deletion.
Google Play and platform services
Google Play and your device platform may handle information under their own privacy policies when distributing or operating their services. Those practices are separate from CubeFizz’s offline gameplay.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if CubeFizz’s features or data practices change. The effective date above will identify the latest published revision.
